Agreement to Terms

By using the services of ClearLoad Yorba Linda Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

ClearLoad Yorba Linda Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and specific circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges related to the towing or roadside assistance service provided. Prices quoted are estimates and may change based on actual conditions encountered during service. You will be notified of any price changes before work continues.

Vehicle Liability

While we take great care in handling your vehicle, ClearLoad Yorba Linda Towing is not responsible for damage to vehicles that occurs due to pre-existing mechanical failure, hidden defects, or damage that was not visible at the time of service. We are not liable for personal property left inside vehicles. You should remove all valuables before your vehicle is towed. Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during the towing process.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location. You must have legal authority to request towing for the vehicle in question. If you are not the registered owner, you may be required to provide proof of authorization. You agree to provide safe access to your vehicle and to be available or provide contact information so we can reach you during the service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a tow truck has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover dispatch and travel costs. We will inform you of any applicable fees at the time of cancellation.

Service Availability

We provide 24/7 service and make every effort to respond quickly to all requests. However, response times may vary based on factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, and the availability of equipment. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearLoad Yorba Linda Towing's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree that any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, California.
